I am giving a positive review to the store because they were very professional about the whole, very long process. Ordered my item beginning of june, but never got it because it was unfortunately lost in transit, but this is not the store’s fault. They tried to help me and we finally came to an understanding by end of this month (august). 2 long frustrating months for a lost parcel. I’m still giving a 5 star review even though i will never get the item. I did however order from the store before (cuban bracelets) and they have arrived very fast, before the promised date even. And their products are very very nice, real silver and moissanite. I really recommend this store if you want high quality jewelry with great designs, and very fair prices.
