1. Final Sale Policy
Due to the high-value nature of our Iced Out collection and Moissanite pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind," personal preference, or sizing issues. We provide detailed specifications and videos for every item to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Tu Email de Soporte].
• You must provide clear photos and a video of the defect.
• The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact.
• Once the defect is verified, we will provide instructions for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
3. Moissanite Authenticity
All our pieces are guaranteed to be VVS1 Moissanite and will pass professional thermal diamond testers. We do not accept returns based on a "failed test" unless performed by a certified professional or using a properly calibrated tester, and evidence is provided via video.
4. Shipping & Returns
If a return is authorized by our team:
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking.
• LuxeGlobal is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
• A 20% restocking fee may apply to any authorized returns that are not due to manufacturing defects.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the piece has entered the production or shipping phase, the order cannot be cancelled.
